Billecart-Salmon Champagne Après Party – bringing a Whistler winter tradition to Fall
Usually a winter affair, SIDECUT Steak+Bar & Billecart-Salmon Champagne, wants those to join Whistler’s Après tradition early this year with its Champagne Tapas Après Party, exclusive to Cornucopia. Celebrating all things salmon, Executive Chef Eren Guryel, hopes this fiesta will delight guests as they dine on Olive oil confit salmon and smoked salmon, Ikura caviar and Crème Fraiche blinis while sipping on French Billecart-Salmon; a champagne that has been cultivated over 7 generations.
In true Après style, our in-house DJ's will be spinning smooth dance rhythms to keep the party buzzing.
Ticket includes two Champagne glasses and two salmon tapas.
