Curried roast pumpkin soup with cilantro crème fraîche

Wild BC Salmon and maple chilli sweet potato salad

3rd Course
Spice-rub pan roasted duck breast served with apple & dark cherry sauce 

4th Course
White chocolate apricot almond bread pudding with whiskey custard and topped with vanilla bean ice cream
