Event Description:
The Salted Vine Kitchen + Bar Executive Chef Jeff Park is no stranger to Whistler’s culinary scene, or to longtime foodies in the resort town. Park was a back-of-house mainstay at Whistler’s award-winning Araxi Restaurant & Oyster Bar for almost a decade before opening The Salted Vine Kitchen + Bar down the Sea-to-Sky Highway in Squamish with fellow Araxi alumnus Pat Allan in 2016. Since that time, Park’s new venture has been earning accolades of its own, being singled out by the Globe and Mail, Vancouver Sun and Province as one of Vancouver’s Best New Restaurants of 2016 and making enRoute Magazine’s list of the top 30 New Restaurants in Canada in 2017. Join The Salted Vine team as they return to Cornucopia again this year to present a delicious multi-course, farm-to-table menu paired with top-shelf wines from British Columbia and beyond.
