Join Chef Alex Chen, Wine Director JP Potters and the acclaimed team at Boulevard Kitchen & Oyster Bar as they tempt eye and palate alike at an ultra-exclusive private dining event. Always a highlight of Cornucopia, guests will enjoy a decadent multi-course luncheon prepared before their very eyes, all expertly paired with top wineries from British Columbia and beyond. A classically trained chef who led Team Canada to a top-10 finish at the 2013 edition of the prestigious Bocuse d’Or culinary competition in Lyon, France, Chen won the national 2018 Canadian Culinary Championship crown this past February and recently was named Chef of the Year by Vancouver Magazine, while Boulevard was also singled out as Best Seafood and Best Upscale at the magazine’s prestigious Restaurant Awards.
