Join Dawn Levelton, Holistic Chef, Kitchen Nutrition Coach and owner of Back to Roots Kitchen, for a ‘plant to plate’ adventure guaranteed to awaken your senses and feed your soul.

Dawn will create 3 seasonal plant-based dishes that can be made effortlessly in your own kitchen to optimize your energy and health naturally. Along with an engaging culinary demonstration and tasting, you will be guided on a nutritional journey of the recipes to highlight how the chosen food’s nourish your body completely. Simple and whole from plant to plate. Real food for on-the-go life!

About Dawn Levelton:
Born and raised on one of Richmond's original dairy farms, Dawn gently endorses a mainly plant-based "back to roots" holistic approach. A culinary nutrition ninja, gardening guru and plant-based foodie based in Steveston Village, Dawn's passion is to work with and inspire health conscious people wanting to create plant-based home-cooked meals in their own kitchen. She mainly works with ambitious individuals and families living busy, on-the-go lifestyles wanting to optimize their energy and health naturally. Dawn enjoys sharing her knowledge about nutrition by offering in-home holistic kitchen coaching, ‘plant to plate’ meal prepping services, hands-on culinary nutrition workshops and pop-up events designed to educate and reconnect people with delicious, whole and nutritious foods.
